The best you can do for amy's arm is 50 str and as much arcane as you can. If you're staying below lvl 100, go for 50 str and regular Amygdalan Arm +10 with +phys gems. Amy arm's base physical damage is at least 10% lower than most pure physical strength-based weapon including saw cleaver.
