The Austin Montego was a series of family cars that debuted for the 1985 model year. The Montego was offered in sedan and station wagon (estate) body styles, and was powered by a front-mounted inline four engine. These front-wheel drive cars were also sold under the MG badge as the MG Montego. Production of the Austin Montego lasted until 1995.
